Role and Responsibilities

Withlimited supervision, perform primary and routine hose assembly operations in accordance with military and other assembly standards using blueprints/drawings,visual aids, and verbal and written instructions.

• Ability totake direction, meet targets, and work efficiently under a supervisingauthority.
• Must exhibit a physical competency in handling light lifting and otherstrenuous activities associated with this position
• Perform other duties when assigned by supervisor and upper management.

• Must bedetail-oriented and have basic math skills and knowledge of measuringdevices.

• A motivatedworker who can handle delegated tasks autonomously.

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.

• Minimum of one (1) or two (2) yearsof previous experience preferred.

• Perform a wide range of complex assembly operation son components or subassemblies in accordance with military and other assemblystandards using blueprints/drawings, visual aids, and verbal and or written instructions.
• Prep components before assembly, clean, mark, andinspect components, subassemblies, or completed assemblies.
• Test/environmentally test finished assemblies.
• Set up and operate necessary equipment and machinery
• Spray,paint, and mix various compounds.
• Observeproper health and safety procedures in handling hazardous chemicals.
• Identify and report to the lead or supervisor any difficulty that would affect thecorrectness and quality of the work in progress.
• Followand support Lean and 5S initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
