Wage: $19.00-$22.00/hour

Shift: 2nd

Hours:

4:30pm-2:00am Monday-Friday (Some Saturdays)

Want to put your industrial painting skills to work? We're looking for an experienced Production Paint Associate with hands-on experience mixing and applying 2K two-component paint systems in a fast-paced production environment. You'll prepare, mask, spray, inspect, and touch up parts while ensuring a high-quality professional finish. Don't miss this temporary opportunity in Olathe, KS.

Production Paint Associate Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

• Prepare parts for painting by cleaning, sanding, and masking as needed
• Mix and apply 2K automotive/industrial paint systems (Part A and Part
  
  B) according to manufacturer specifications
• Perform detail masking and demasking to ensure clean, accurate paint lines and protect non-painted surfaces
• Operate spray equipment and maintain proper paint thickness and finish quality
• Inspect painted parts for defects and perform touch-ups when necessary
• Follow production schedules while meeting quality standards

Production Paint Associate Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Experience in a manufacturing or production environment
• Physical agility and stamina to stand, walk, lift, and bend for entire shift
• Must be able to lift up to 60 pounds repeatedly throughout the shift
• Knowledge of spray guns, paint booths, and paint mixing equipment
• Familiarity with automotive finishing processes and quality standards
