Test Technicians are a hands-on technical expert who plays a critical role in ensuring the quality, reliability, and performance of electronic assemblies and finished medical devices. Partnering closely with Manufacturing, Quality, and Engineering teams, this position tests, troubleshoots, repairs, and improves products throughout the production process while helping solve complex manufacturing challenges. This role offers the opportunity to develop advanced diagnostic and problem-solving skills, drive continuous improvement initiatives, and make a direct impact on operational excellence and product quality.

The day to day responsibilities will include:
- Execute Acceptance Test Procedures (ATPs), Functional Test Procedures (FTPs), and production validation testing.
- Perform functional, electrical, and performance testing of assemblies, subassemblies, and finished products.
- Troubleshoot test failures and manufacturing issues to support production throughput and quality objectives.
- Support engineering builds, pilot runs, and new product introductions (NPI).
- Collect, document, and analyze failure data to identify trends and support root cause investigations.
- Support Quality and Engineering investigations through detailed technical documentation and product evaluation.
- Assist in the development, validation, and continuous improvement of test methods, fixtures, work instructions, and manufacturing processes.
- Operate electronic test equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, power supplies, signal generators, and custom test fixtures.
- Read and interpret schematics, assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, and technical documentation.
- Verify calibration status of test equipment prior to use.
- Perform board-level soldering, rework, component replacement, and repair activities.
- Evaluate, troubleshoot, repair, and document customer returned products in accordance with approved service procedures.
- Generate accurate manufacturing, service, and quality records within ERP and quality systems.
- Identify, document, and report nonconformances and support corrective and preventive action activities.
- Support onboarding and training of new technicians.
- Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Engineering, and Service teams to improve product reliability, manufacturability, and process efficiency.
- Follow all safety, ESD, quality system, and regulatory requirements.
