- Analyze the efficiency of manufacturing operations and changes involving personnel, materials, machines, and facilities
- Recommend or confirm changes to layouts, labor control, and material control
- Maintain frequent contact with people outside the work group
- Assist in developing accurate methods and optimum operation layouts

- Perform calculations required to complete studies and change labor/material control routines or systems

- Perform hands‑on work in a manufacturing plant environment
- Pursuit of a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- Must be graduating between August 2027 and June 2029
- Able to work full-time, 40 hours per week
