Business Development Coordinator

• Coordinates company involvement with national trade conferences including attendee event registration, hotel reservations, exhibitor booth registration, sponsorship, including travel to conferences
• Plans, organizes and oversees client events including strategy, theme, venue, catering, etc
• Maintains registration of company's national trade organization memberships
• Manages company's promotional items including research / selection of items, soliciting pricing and managing inventory

• 5 years of professional experience in similar role
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
• Strong work and personal ethics, self-motivated and results driven

Demonstrates expertise in event coordination and management, including planning and overseeing client events and national trade conferences. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools to support organizational and promotional activities.
