Senior Pastor

We are seeking a Senior Pastor who is, first and foremost, a shepherd, who deeply loves Christ, faithfully teaches God's Word, and genuinely loves people. We desire a pastor who will rely on God's wisdom and lead our church forward for His glory. The man called to this role will meet the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3 and Titus 1, be ordained as a minister of the Gospel, and have graduate-level theological training (MDiv or equivalent preferred).

He will bring meaningful pastoral leadership experience, demonstrate a strong commitment to prayer and Scripture, and fully align with the 2000 Baptist Faith & Message. We are looking for a pastor who is devoted to expository preaching - someone who communicates Scripture clearly, faithfully, and with practical application. He will serve as a caring shepherd, building relationships across generations and leading with humility, compassion, and presence in all seasons of life.

He will also bring clarity to mission and vision, helping unify the church around a shared direction. As a leader, he will build strong teams, develop healthy systems, and foster a culture of collaboration and trust. He will be relationally wise, able to navigate challenges with grace, and committed to cultivating healthy communication. A strong emphasis on discipleship and leadership development is essential.

He will help create clear pathways for spiritual growth while investing in future leaders and building sustainable ministry structures. • A clear calling to pastoral ministry and a heart for the Great Commission
• Meets the biblical qualifications of 1 Timothy 3:2-7 and Titus 1
• Ordained as a minister of the Gospel
• Graduate-level theological education (MDiv or equivalent preferred)
• Has meaningful pastoral leadership experience
• Strong personal commitment to prayer and regular study of Scripture
