Charge Nurse RN Cardiac Care

Cardiac Tele RN Position – Research Medical Center

Join HCA Healthcare’s cardiac team to provide patient-centered care in a progressive care unit dedicated to post‑operative cardiac patients. You will support patients recovering from open heart surgeries, catheterizations, device placements, and other cardiovascular interventions.

• Monitor and analyze heart rhythms; interpret ECGs and identify arrhythmias.
• Provide continuous assessment of acute changes in cardiology patients.
• Initiate timely interventions during emergency situations.
• Collaborate with cardiology providers for evidence-based patient care.
• Assist in patient education and discharge planning.

• Graduate of an accredited School of Nursing.
• Current Missouri RN license required.
• BLS certification at hire, maintained throughout employment.
• ACLS certification within six months of hire.
• Excellent oral, written, interpersonal, organizational and leadership skills.
• Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a clinical environment.
• Previous clinical experience preferred.
