Position Overview
The Director of Nursing will provide leadership for a 64-bed Senior Services division, consisting of a 32-bed memory care unit and a 32-bed long-term care unit within a non-profit health system. Reporting to the CNO—recognized for being engaged, supportive, and highly collaborative—this leader will oversee operations, staffing, professional development, and daily performance, ensuring the highest standards of patient care and team success.

- CMSRN or GERO-BC certifications are highly desirable, but not required
