Position: Travel Telemetry Nurse (RN) in Olathe, KS

Full-Time

Schedule:
  • 7:00 PM - 7:30 AM, 12-hour night shifts
  • Every third weekend rotation (Saturday and Sunday)
  • No on-call requirement
  • Holiday shifts as needed

Expand your nursing skillset as you work alongside accomplished professionals using state-of-the-art technology, including GE heart monitors, Masimo vital sign machines, and Stryker beds. With a nurse-to-patient ratio of 1:5, you'll deliver personalized patient care while strengthening your expertise in post-cardiac procedures, monitoring for complications, and managing acute medical conditions.

Role Responsibilities:
  • Provide skilled, compassionate care to cardiac telemetry patients
  • Collaborate closely with physicians and interdisciplinary team members
  • Initiate and titrate cardiac medications, including Tikosyn and Sotalol
  • Monitor patient rhythms and respond to emergent cardiac changes
  • Document assessments and care interventions accurately
Qualifications:
  • Active KS RN license
  • Minimum 1 year of hospital RN experience
  • ACLS & BLS certifications required
  • Experience with TR band preferred
  • BSN preferred; ADN accepted with agreement to pursue BSN within 5 years
