Overview

Join a rapidly expanding physician‑owned practice specializing in skilled nursing and post‑acute care services. This role is for an Advanced Practice Provider looking to work in skilled nursing facilities, physical medicine & rehabilitation, orthopedics, and geriatrics settings. New graduates will be considered.

• Part‑time position, 2–3 days per week with opportunity for telehealth
• Guaranteed base salary plus wRVU dependent on candidate qualifications
