Assistant Director of Nursing – Assistant Director of Nursing Opportunity with Established Facility

• Assist the Director of Nursing in daily clinical operations.
• Support staffing coordination, scheduling, and coverage needs.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and company regulations.
• Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives.
• Provide clinical guidance and mentorship to nursing staff.
• Assist with audits, surveys, and corrective action plans.
• Monitor resident care plans and clinical outcomes.
• Support onboarding and ongoing training for nursing team members.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to enhance resident care.

• Active RN license in good standing (state‑specific).
• Previous leadership experience in long‑term care, skilled nursing, or similar setting preferred.
• Strong knowledge of regulatory standards and survey readiness.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to lead, coach, and support clinical staff.
• Commitment to high‑quality, resident‑centered care.

• Full‑time leadership position: 40 hours per week + on call.
• Competitive salary based on experience ($75,000 - $85,000 per year).
