Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) – Senior Living Community

Day Shift: 6am – 6pm | Night Shift: 6pm – 6am

We are seeking a nurturing Licensed Practical Nurse to provide compassionate care and support at Willow Tree Care Center, a senior living community committed to enriching residents' lives.

• Engage in attentive monitoring of patients throughout their treatment, creating a reassuring atmosphere within our community
• Perform routine checks of patients’ vital signs with a gentle touch, prioritizing comfort and well-being
• Assist patients with medication adherence, fostering trust and reliability
• Collaborate seamlessly with RNs and other medical team members to ensure effective patient care
• Serve as a liaison with patients’ families, ensuring open communication and supportive relationships

• Unrestricted LPN license valid in the state
• Compassionate and caring nature
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Basic computer skills
