Our programs may include:
- Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT)
- Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT)
- Medication Management
- Trauma‑Informed Treatment
- Assess the patient and plan care within set time frames and document findings according to policies
- Oversee and supervise the shift
- Demonstrate leadership through duties that may include delegating tasks such as groups, close observation, meal supervision, etc.
- Oversee staff to ensure nursing policies and procedures are followed and exemplary patient care is consistently delivered by self and all members of the team
- Monitor patient for change of condition and respond accordingly up to and including notification of the physician
- Follow hospital policy for medication administration
- Consistently use empathy, dignity, and respect when interacting with patients
- Deliver quality nursing care to ensure that goals of the treatment plan are properly executed following hospital policies and procedures and demonstrated nursing competencies
- Assist/performs comprehensive nursing assessments on all patients
- Associate's Degree is required
- Current RN license as required by state regulations
- CPR and De‑escalation certification required or obtain within 30 days of hire
1st Shift 7a - 7p and rotating weekends
