Job Summary

Position: Registered Nurse (RN)

Compensation: Salary Range: $35.00 - $48.00 per hour

• Utilize the nursing process to provide individualized care to residents.
• Collaborate with residents, families, and inter-disciplinary colleagues, including providers, to plan, implement, and evaluate care.
• Demonstrate competency within full scope of nursing expertise and utilize appropriate age and population specific standards.
• Provide preventative care, health maintenance, diagnosis, and treatment for residents.
• Coordinate care, conduct resident assessment, provide resident education, and perform various nursing interventions.
• May serve as charge nurse and delegate tasks to licensed and unlicensed assistive personnel where appropriate.
• Provide assistance and support to delegates to ensure safe, reliable administration of resident care.
• Operate within scopes and standards of nursing practice as outlined in the Nurse Practice Act and Administrative Rules.

• Graduate from a nationally accredited nursing program (preferred), such as CCNE, ACEN, or NLN CNEA.
• Bachelor’s Degree in nursing (preferred).
• Currently holds an unencumbered RN license with the State Board of Nursing of the practice location and/or possess multistate licensure if in a Nurse Licensure Compact state.
• Obtains and maintains required department-specific competencies and certifications.
