Certifications:
Kansas RN or Compact RN License, BLS, ACLS, NIHF - Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience, including CRRT, Bipaps, Lab draws, Chest Tubes, PICC, and independent code response

What You'll Do:
- Provide specialized critical care to adult patients in ICU and inpatient units
- Administer complex treatments including CRRT, Bipaps, and chest tubes
- Draw labs; manage PICC lines and other vascular access devices
- Respond to medical codes independently
- Float to inpatient units such as Med/Surg, Telemetry, and ED as needed
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
What You Need:
- Valid KS RN or Compact RN license
- BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience
- Proficiency with critical care procedures and equipment
- Strong independent judgment and communication skills
