Hours:

Weekend, Holiday & On-Call Requirements

Weekend Requirement: Every third weekend (Saturday & Sunday)
Holiday Requirement: Required
On-Call Requirement: None
Travel Between Locations: None

Shift Differentials

Evening Differential ): $3.50/hr
Night Differential ): $5.00/hr
Weekend Differential (1500 Friday 0659 Monday): $2.25/hr

The Cardiac Telemetry unit primarily cares for:

Acute cardiac patients
Post-invasive cardiac procedure patients
Chest pain patients
Acute illnesses including:
- Alcohol withdrawal
- COVID
- Sepsis
- Tikosyn initiation/titration
- Sotalol initiation/titration

Equipment Used

Client heart monitors
Masimo vital sign machines
Stryker beds

Required Qualifications

Active Kansas RN License
ACLS Certification
BLS Certification
TR Band experience required
Minimum 1 year of RN hospital experience

Preferred Qualifications

BSN preferred
ADN candidates accepted with agreement to obtain BSN within 5 years
