Contract - Licenses/Certifications:
KS RN or Compact RN license, BLS, ACLS, NIHF - Experience:
Minimum 2 years recent ICU/Critical Care experience, including CRRT, BiPAP, Labs, Chest Tubes, PICC; comfortable with codes and consults

- Provide expert nursing care to critically ill adult patients in ICU and inpatient units
- Manage complex medical equipment including CRRT, chest tubes, and PICC lines
- Conduct assessments, administer medications, and document patient progress
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
- Respond confidently to emergencies and conduct codes as needed
- Float across ICU, med/surg, tele, ED, and other inpatient units
- Ensure compliance with facility and unit policies
- Valid KS RN license or eligible Compact RN license
- Current BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
- Minimum 2 years recent ICU or Critical Care experience
- Proficiency with critical care procedures and equipment
- Strong critical thinking and communication skills
- Ability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and holidays as needed
