• Experience:
  
  Minimum 2 years recent ICU/Critical Care experience, including CRRT, BiPAP, Labs, Chest Tubes, PICC; comfortable with codes and consults

• Provide expert nursing care to critically ill adult patients in ICU and inpatient units
• Manage complex medical equipment including CRRT, chest tubes, and PICC lines
• Conduct assessments, administer medications, and document patient progress
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop patient care plans
• Respond confidently to emergencies and conduct codes as needed
• Float across ICU, med/surg, tele, ED, and other inpatient units
• Ensure compliance with facility and unit policies

• Valid KS RN license or eligible Compact RN license
• Current BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications
• Minimum 2 years recent ICU or Critical Care experience
• Proficiency with critical care procedures and equipment
• Strong critical thinking and communication skills
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including every other weekend and holidays as needed
