RN - Telemetry

Registered Nurse (RN)

  12-hour Night Shifts; , three days per week
• Weekend Rotation:
  Every other weekend required
• Holiday Requirement:
  Must work one holiday from each group (Thanksgiving Eve or Day, Christmas Eve or Day, New Year's Eve or Day)

• Minimum of 1 year of recent telemetry experience
• Experience with TR Bands directly after procedures
• Familiarity with cardiac drips, including Heparin, Lasix, and Cardizem
• Knowledge of Tikosyn and Sotalol initiation processes

• 2-5 years of telemetry experience

• Current Kansas RN license
• BLS certification

Will float to all acute care units as needed.

• First 2 days of orientation at the main training site.
• Days 3-4 at Olathe orientation and Director of Nursing training.
• Day 5 will include virtual training for the current EMR system.

• Facility is nicotine-free.
• Credentialing includes completion of CBC, drug screen, and lab work within 72 hours of offer acceptance.
• Current EMR in use is EPIC.
• Two-hour notice for shift cancellations will be provided via the scheduling app.
