RN – Emergency Room

Schedule

12-hour night shifts; , 3 shifts per week.

Assignment Details

Contract duration is 14 weeks with guaranteed hours.

Requirements

• Minimum of 1 year of experience working in the Emergency Department within the last 12 months.
• Must possess a valid RN License in the state or a multi-state license.
• Certifications:
  
  BLS, ACLS, PALS, NIHSS, and Conscious Sedation Competency.
• Preferred Certification: TNCC.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality patient care in the Emergency Department.
• Stabilize patients and manage critical care situations.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Adapt to rapidly changing conditions while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Handle inpatient boarders as needed.
• Maintain patient ratios of 3:1 or 4:1, as required.

Attendance at orientation and training sessions is required. Minimum 2-hour notice for any cancellations by the client. A nicotine-free policy is in place.
