Role

The Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care, overseeing unit functions during assigned shifts. They collaborate with management to monitor and evaluate nursing care, serve as a resource for staff, and promote organizational values to enhance patient experience and clinical outcomes.

• Assist with patient admission and discharge to ensure efficient throughput.
• Participate in assessing and improving the quality of care provided.
• Foster teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
• Support a patient-first approach and engage in service recovery as needed.
• Implement nursing strategies to increase staff engagement and patient satisfaction.
• Contribute to staff recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance evaluations.
• Manage inventory, supplies, and equipment effectively.

• Registered Nurse (RN) with a diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Cardiac Life Support certification within 30 days of hire.
