The RN Clinical Nurse Coordinator (CNC) ensures high-quality, patient-centered care and unit coordination during their shift.
Responsibilities- Assist with admission, discharge, and patient throughput to maintain efficient, quality care.
- Monitor and evaluate nursing care quality in collaboration with management.
- Foster teamwork by collaborating with subject matter experts and managers.
- Support a patient-first philosophy and service recovery efforts.
- Implement nursing strategies to improve staff engagement, including rounding initiatives.
- Participate in staffing, scheduling, and managing supplies and equipment.
- Provide guidance on staff hiring, training, performance evaluations, and conflict resolution.
- Registered Nurse (RN) with a Diploma or equivalent.
- Current Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support (BLS/ACLS) certifications.
- At least 2 years of nursing experience.
Leadership, collaboration, clinical assessment, staff management, and commitment to patient care excellence.
