Manufacturing Quality Manager

We are seeking a Quality Manager to join our team. A successful Quality Manager at WEBCO MFG will oversee our quality system, the measurement of our quality system, and the verification of our quality system to ensure we are meeting ISO standards and requirements.

Job duties:

* Ensure effectiveness of our established ISO certified Quality Management System including improvements, modifications, and communication of changes to the organization.

* Implement, maintain, and monitor internal performance metrics related to product quality.

* Lead and assure effectiveness of corrective and preventative action processes.

* Review and respond to Customer Quality notifications.

Skills/Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree (B.S.) or equivalent combination of education and experience.

* Experience with leading ISO  Quality Management System, or as a Quality Auditor

* Practical understanding of AIAG quality tools, PPAP, APQP, MSA, Control Plans, PFMEA's.

* Experience with Return Material Process, Revision to Print Process, Customer quality collaborations.

* Ability to Interpret GDT and Customer Specifications as they relate to Quality requirements

* Certified Quality Engineer or willing to obtain the certification

* Experience in metal fabrication, welding, and machining environment preferred

* Automotive industry or major OEM work experience a plus
