This is a full-time, on-site role for a Quality Technician based in Pleasanton, KS. As a Quality Technician, you will ensure the production and installation of high-quality precast concrete panels by performing quality control inspections and implementing quality assurance initiatives. Your role includes analyzing data, maintaining compliance with quality management standards, collaborating closely with other teams, and identifying opportunities for continuous improvement.

• Proficiency in Quality Control techniques to ensure adherence to established standards.
• Strong Analytical Skills for evaluating production processes and identifying improvement areas.
• Knowledge in Quality Assurance practices to maintain consistent product performance.
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate across teams.
• Educational background or certification in quality management or a related technical field is preferred.
• Experience in precast concrete or similar manufacturing environments is a plus.
