Job Description

As a Quality Engineer III at Honeywell, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products through effective quality engineering practices. You will develop and implement quality control systems, conduct inspections, and analyze quality data to identify areas for improvement. Your expertise in quality methodologies and tools will help maintain the highest standards of quality.

In this role, you will impact the success of our engineering teams by collaborating with cross‑functional teams to define quality requirements and specifications. By monitoring and analyzing quality metrics, you will identify areas for improvement and drive continuous enhancements to our products. Your technical guidance will empower team members to excel.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement quality control processes to ensure product quality and reliability.
  • Conduct inspections and tests to identify defects and nonconformities.
  • Analyze data and trends to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions.
  • Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to identify root causes of quality issues and implement solutions.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance quality control processes and efficiency.
Essential Qualifications
  • Bachelor’s degree in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, or mathematics, or applicable experience.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in quality engineering or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of quality methodologies and tools.
  • Experience with quality control systems and processes.
  • Experience in a CCA manufacturing environment and understanding of IPC standards.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Advanced degree in engineering or a related field.
  • Experience with Six Sigma or other quality improvement methodologies.
  • Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.

    Ability to drive results and meet deadlines.
  • Passion for innovation and continuous learning.
