This role supports quality customer requests and communications and leads product compliance to customer specifications and company requirements.

Minimum Requirements
  • Bachelor’s degree in a business or engineering discipline (preferred).
  • Two (2) years of related industry experience (required);
    Five (5) years preferred. An equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered.
  • Travel: 10–25% depending on company needs.
  • Work schedule:

    7AM–5PM, Monday–Friday, with flexibility to meet business needs.
Key Responsibilities

Product Compliance: Ensure products comply with customer specifications, industry standards, regulatory requirements and internal standards. Approve changes and deviations, lead external audits, assist with RFQs, manage in‑process audits, and lead corrective action discussions.

Customer Service: Serve as a primary customer contact for quality‑related meetings, audits, inquiries, and complaints. Engage team members and subject matter experts, manage customer quality metrics, lead deviation communication, and develop CAPA in response to customer requests.

Manufacturing Readiness: Create and maintain quality guidance, product quality plans, FMEAs, control plans, and training. Support implementation of controls and inclusion of customer specifications.

Continuous Process Improvement: Investigate and dispose of non‑conforming material, analyze data trends, identify improvement opportunities, collaborate with engineers, and lead CAPA development for systemic issues.

Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
