Quality Engineering, Regulatory Compliance Specialist
In this role, you will impact the overall quality standards of Honeywell’s products by ensuring compliance with industry regulations, mentoring quality teams, and collaborating with cross‑functional departments to foster a culture of quality and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage advanced quality engineering initiatives to ensure the consistent delivery of high‑quality products.
- Develop and implement robust quality control processes and procedures based on data‑driven insights and industry best practices.
- Analyze complex quality performance metrics to identify areas for improvement and drive continuous improvement projects.
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution in a technical discipline such as science, technology, engineering, mathematics.
- 10 years of experience in quality engineering, preferably within the manufacturing industry.
- Strong knowledge of quality control methodologies, tools, and industry best practices.
- Expertise in statistical analysis tools and techniques, including Design of Experiments (DOE), Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA), and Statistical Process Control (SPC).
- Proficiency with quality management systems and data analytics to drive continuous improvement.
- Advanced degrees such as a Master’s in Engineering or related technical fields.
- Experience with Six Sigma Black Belt or other quality certifications like Certified Quality Engineer (CQE).
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop quality teams.
- Proficiency in change management and project management methodologies.
- Ability to collaborate effectively across cross‑functional teams and drive innovation in quality processes.
