Site EHS Supervisor

Responsibilities

• Responsible for supporting the EHS Excellence across the two manufacturing plants
• Provides hands‑on leadership to ensure a safe, healthy, and environmentally compliant workplace
• Deliver EHS training and provide in‑field coaching
• Perform Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs)
• Support the deployment of effective control measures
• Lead chemical product screening and environmental compliance activities
• Conduct incident investigations
• Ensure compliance with OSHA and Environmental regulations
• Prepare safety and compliance reports

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in an EH&S related Science or Engineering field
• Professional certification as a CSP is required for this role.
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience with an emphasis in EH&S program management.
• Experience with in Food, Pharmaceutical or Chemical Industries.
• Willingness to travel up to 30%.
• Positive and motivated self‑starter with a successful track record in a changing environment; excellent organizational, teamwork, and prioritization skills are essential.
• Ability to communicate with clarity, impact, and passion to help drive a growing EH&S program, and to collaborate across all levels of the organization to enable and drive change.
• Excellent written, verbal, listening, and presentation skills.
