Job Summary

The role is a Retail Sales Associate at Comcast Xfinity, responsible for engaging customers, demonstrating and explaining product features, meeting sales targets, providing outstanding customer service, handling account service requests, and promoting Comcast products.

• Engage customers with enthusiasm, demonstrating and explaining product features to enhance their shopping experience.
• Provide outstanding customer service with all customer interactions.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and enhance customer satisfaction through diligent follow‑up and service excellence.
• Help customers interpret and clarify their account statements and pay their bills in the store.
• Answer customers’ questions about current or new services, make changes to account data, upgrade service levels, and process all general service requests.
• Act as a brand ambassador to promote Comcast/Xfinity products.
• Provide expert‑level understanding and passion around technology, especially Comcast products and services.
• Maintain detailed sales product knowledge, including competitive information.
• Contribute to a fun and competitive environment.
• Adhere to retail operational policies and procedures, ensuring a consistent and professional store environment.

• High School Diploma or equivalent (GED accepted).
• Adjust to a flexible work schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Maintain regular, consistent, and punctual attendance.
• Ability to carry and/or lift 25‑pound boxes and move around the store constantly.
• 2‑5 years of relevant work experience (preferred).
• Skills in Communication, Critical Thinking, Problem Solving, Customer‑Focused service, Persuasion, Professional Integrity, Resilience, Self‑Motivation, Teamwork, Technical Knowledge, and Workplace Organization.

• Base Pay: $15.05 per hour.
• Total Target Compensation (Base Pay plus Targeted Commission): $22.74 per hour.
