• Serve as the welcoming face of the uBreaki
  
  Fix store, delivering personalized, customer‑centric experiences
• Use communication skills to apply the Serve, Solve, Sell™ technique and recommend Asurion products and services
• Assist with device troubleshooting, diagnostics, and basic repairs as required
• Coordinate front‑of‑house customer interactions with back‑of‑house technical and inventory tasks
• Support a fast‑paced retail environment as a collaborative team player
• Multitask across customer service, sales, and technology roles with confidence

• At least 1 year of customer service or retail sales experience
• A natural ability to connect with customers, making them feel heard, valued, and cared for
• Basic knowledge of electronic devices (nice to have, not required)
• Flexibility to work part‑time retail hours, including weekends and holidays
• Comfort juggling sales conversations, customer support, and hands‑on tech work
