Position Summary
What you'll do...
- Completes work assignments and priorities by:

- Manages freight flow by:
- Moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., single and double pallet jacks, lift pacers)
- Identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight
- Utilizing warehouse management systems, terminals, scales, and scanners
- Maintaining accurate records, logs, and forms
- Complies with company policies, procedures, and standards of ethics and integrity by:
- Implementing related action plans
- Using the Open Door Policy
- Applying these principles in executing business processes and practices
- Maintains organization and freight flow by:
- Keeping the work area clean and organized
- Stacking empty pallets
- Moving empty pallets using pallet jacks and/or powered equipment
- Monitors freight to:
- Ensure cold chain compliance
- Ensure species compliance
- Core skills and competencies:
