What you'll do...

Key Responsibilities:

* Complete work assignments by utilizing company policies, data, and resources; collaborating with managers, coworkers, customers, and business partners; identifying priorities and deadlines; carrying out tasks; communicating progress; and recommending improvements. Adapt to change, overcome difficulties, and learn from feedback.

* Manage freight flow by moving and loading freight manually and with powered equipment (e.g., pallet jacks, lift pacers); identifying, counting, separating, combining, and scanning freight; using warehouse management systems, terminal scales, and scanners; and maintaining accurate records and logs.

* Ensure compliance with company policies, procedures, and ethical standards by implementing action plans and using the Open Door Policy in daily business practices.

* Keep work areas organized and maintain freight flow by stacking and moving empty pallets using manual or powered equipment.

* Monitor freight to ensure cold chain and species compliance.
