Are you a marketing project manager who loves seeing ideas come to life in the physical world? We are looking for a dynamic specialist to drive retail marketing campaigns from concept to shelf. If you have a background in product development, promotional products, or the sign/banner industry, you know exactly what it takes to turn creative concepts into high-quality physical assets.
In this role, you will bridge the gap between strategy and execution; managing production timelines, negotiating with external vendors, and ensuring this global brand looks flawless in-store and online. This role is starting off in a contract capacity and with good performance and attendance can convert to permanent employment. Upon permanent hire, PTO and benefits are offered. - Account Strategy & Execution: Align in-store marketing opportunities with retail account strategies, logistics, and budgets.
- Project Management: Manage the full campaign lifecycle from concept development and internal/external approvals to production and store implementation ensuring timelines are met.
- Brand Consistency: Ensure all in-store products and services match global brand guidelines and create a cohesive experience across both physical and online channels.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner with internal teams and external merchandising suppliers to co-develop concepts, negotiate costs, and deliver high-quality, compliant marketing materials.
- Market Insights: Maintain deep knowledge of the retail landscape by analyzing market trends and identifying new business opportunities or corrective actions.
- Stakeholder Support: Assist management and sales leadership with retail account meetings, conference calls, trade shows, and promotional events.
