Bilingual Branch Wholesale Product Specialist; Spanish

Job Summary

This position works closely with commercial paint customers at Sherwin‑Williams to determine their needs, answer questions about products, recommend solutions, resolve concerns, and maintain high-quality visual standards. The role supports sales goals while ensuring excellent customer service.

• Assist customers in person and over the phone by determining needs and presenting appropriate products and services.
• Process sales transactions accurately and in compliance with policies and procedures.
• Maintain precise work order files and formulas.
• Tint and mix products, as needed, to customer specifications.
• Clean store equipment.
• Assist in making deliveries, as needed.
• Remain knowledgeable on products offered and discuss available options.
• Suggest ways to improve sales.

• At least one (1) year of experience working in a delivery, retail, or customer service position.
• Previous work experience operating tinting and mixing equipment.
