Lead visual merchandising processes for the store by planning and executing transitions, reinventions, and resets within designated zones to maintain visual integrity and drive sales;
Plan and execute daily/weekly workload and tasks delegated by the Zone Manager to achieve visual merchandising, department and store sales goals, and guest engagement;
Participate in freight processes including freight sorts, stocking, end-cap maintenance, and ensuring a neat, clean, organized zone;
Support store team in customer satisfaction, inventory control/shrink, safety, loss prevention, and overall customer experience;
Provide coaching and continuous learning on visual merchandising priorities and create visual moments that enhance the customer experience
