Job Description
We are seeking a high-energy, self-motivated B2B Sales Representative to drive new business acquisition and expand our footprint in the drug testing and workplace compliance sector. This is a "hunter" role designed for a professional who thrives on the challenge of cold calling, independent prospecting, and closing high-value contracts with mid-to-large-sized enterprises. The ideal candidate possesses the grit to navigate gatekeepers and the sophistication to present complex compliance solutions to HR Directors, Compliance and Safety Officers.
Key Responsibilities- Assertive Prospecting: Independently identify and qualify mid-to-large-sized businesses across high-stakes industries (e.g., logistics, manufacturing, construction).
- Cold Calling & Outreach: Execute a high volume of daily cold calls and personalized outreach to secure discovery meetings and sales appointments.
- Full Sales Cycle Management: Lead the entire process from initial contact to contract execution, ensuring all revenue targets and sales quotas are consistently met or exceeded.
- Strategic Consultative Selling: Present the value proposition of our drug testing and background screening services, tailoring solutions to meet specific client safety and regulatory needs.
- Account Ownership & Onboarding: Maintain ownership of newly signed accounts through the early onboarding and ramp-up phase to ensure a seamless transition and long-term retention.
- CRM Management: Maintain meticulous records of all sales activities, pipeline stages, and client communication.
- Experience: 2–3 years of proven success in a B2B sales role, preferably in service-based industries.
- Independence: A "self-starter" mentality with the ability to manage a territory and schedule without daily oversight. Must be willing to do "feet on the street" and cold call businesses.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with the ability to command a room (or a Zoom call).
- Resilience: A thick skin and a positive attitude toward high-volume cold calling and complex negotiation.
- Tech Savvy: Proficiency with CRM platforms (Hub Spot) and Zoom Info.
