The Role

We’re looking for a driven, relationship‑oriented Sales Account Executive to join our growing team.

This is a salary + commission role with uncapped earning potential
, ideal for someone who enjoys solving real business problems, building trust with customers, and working in a fast‑growing, entrepreneurial environment.

You’ll own the full sales cycle — from prospecting to close — and play a key role in helping businesses modernize how they invoice, collect payments, and manage receivables. You’re not selling a commodity — you’re selling a platform that truly changes how businesses get paid.

What You’ll Do
  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through outbound prospecting, networking, referrals, and inbound leads
  • Conduct discovery calls to understand prospect workflows, pain points, and goals
  • Deliver compelling demos and presentations that clearly communicate Hyfin’s value
  • Build and manage a strong pipeline of opportunities in the CRM
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring a great customer experience
  • Develop long‑term relationships with customers and partners
  • Collaborate closely with Marketing, Onboarding, and Support to ensure smooth handoffs and successful implementations
  • Stay up to date on industry trends, the competitive landscape, and product enhancements
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales goals and activity KPIs

Qualifications
  • Proven experience in sales (B2B preferred)
  • Strong understanding of consultative selling
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and activity
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Base salary + commission structure
