Key ResponsibilitiesCustomer Development & Sales
Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
Identify customer needs, deliver solution-based presentations, and develop customized proposals, pricing, and cost estimates.
Drive sales growth through consultative selling and long‑term account development.
Technical & Product Expertise
Maintain deep knowledge of HVAC systems, mechanical equipment, controls, and emerging technologies.
Communicate the value and application of the full product portfolio with confidence and credibility.
Stay current on industry trends, codes, and competitive offerings.
Project & Customer Support
Collaborate with operations, engineering, and service teams to ensure timely project execution and issue resolution.
Act as a key point of contact throughout the sales and project lifecycle to ensure customer satisfaction.
Market & Business Intelligence
Analyze project outcomes and market activity to identify customer needs, competitive positioning, and growth opportunities.
Provide actionable feedback to internal teams on market trends and product performance.
Qualifications
Minimum of 3 years of experience in HVAC, mechanical, electrical, engineering, construction, building automation, controls, service, sales engineering, or system design.
Strong technical aptitude with the ability to translate complex concepts into customer‑focused solutions.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem‑solving skills.
Self‑motivated, results‑driven, and capable of managing multiple priorities independently and collaboratively.
Valid driver’s license with ability to travel regionally up to 25%.
