We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Manager to lead and expand our Off‑The‑Road (OTR) tyre business across Europe. This role demands a seasoned professional with a robust background in industrial or heavy‑duty tyre sales, exceptional market knowledge, and the ability to build lasting relationships with clients in sectors such as mining, construction, and logistics
. Given the specialized nature of the OTR segment, the ideal candidate will combine technical proficiency with strategic sales acumen

  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company targets for OTR tyres across Europe.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities, market segments, and customer needs.
  • Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, providing technical support and product knowledge.
  • Conduct comprehensive market analysis to understand customer trends, competitive landscape, and pricing strategies.
  • Collaborate with supply chain and technical teams to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor and ensure the achievement of Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).
  • Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events to promote the brand and products.
  • Prepare accurate sales forecasts, budgets, and reports for senior management.
  • Provide feedback to product development teams to align offerings with market demands.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 to 8 years of experience in sales, preferably in the OTR, heavy equipment, or industrial tyre industry. Experience in agriculture is a plus.
  • Strong network within the mining, construction, or logistics sectors.
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Technical proficiency in tyre specifications, applications, and performance metrics.
  • Proficiency in English; additional European languages are a plus.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Europe.
  • Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software and digital sales tools.
  • Ability to interpret technical drawings and product data.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Self‑motivated with a proactive approach to problem‑solving.
