Event Coordinator, Sales

Job Description

At Main Event, our Event Coordinators help guests plan memorable birthday and event experiences, creating a vision of fun. As an Event Coordinator, you partner with our guests to create tailored experiences based on their needs and are dedicated to delivering the highest standards in safety and sanitation.

• Uphold cleanliness and safety standards.
• Welcome and engage guests as an ambassador of fun.
• Understand all aspects of event packages and add‑ons.
• Sell, schedule, and coordinate corporate, group, and birthday events.
• Enter sales revenue and guest information into systems, and create follow‑up tasks.
• Partner with the Sales Manager to exceed budgeted sales targets and achieve quarterly plans.
• Prospect and cold‑call to develop ongoing relationships for new and repeat business.
• Support local store marketing initiatives to drive walk‑in and event sales.
• Attend and participate in weekly sales meetings to share strategic ideas that support the business.
• Perform opening, mid‑day or closing duties.

• Prior food & beverage or retail experience; sales experience a plus.
• Guest‑focused mindset.
• Teamwork is essential.
• Strong relationship‑building skills.
• Proficient in Excel, Microsoft Office, and CRM software.
• Effective communication with Management, Team Members, and Guests.
• Availability to work days, nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Salary: $10.25 – $16.50 per hour.
