The Leasing Agent role is dedicated to finding prospects and helping them choose to lease. This includes nurturing prospects through the entire leasing process: from initial phone call to property tour, to completing the lease/application paperwork. The role goes beyond simply showcasing apartments; it involves understanding each prospect’s needs by frequently following up via phone, text, email, and social media. The ideal candidate enjoys talking with people, is friendly and cheerful, and loves making a difference in people’s lives.
Previous experience is not required; motivated individuals will be trained.
- Must have a valid driver's license
- Vehicle required
- Personal smart phone technology required
- To be hired, candidates will be required to successfully complete a background check and drug test.
Compensation $18 - $20 per hour
