Responsibilities
  • Learn our company's products, services, sales processes, and CRM software.
  • Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
  • Work out in the field in B2B style sales building your own book of business.
  • Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.
  • Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
  • Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and motivate team members.
Qualifications
  • Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial.
  • Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain an insurance license, including knowledge of state and federal regulations.
  • Basic computer skills.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; customer service experience is beneficial.
  • Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
Additional Position Qualifications
  • Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
  • Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional work experience after high school; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of experience who have relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
