Responsibilities- Learn our company's products, services, sales processes, and CRM software.
- Assist in recruiting, training, and mentoring new sales team members.
- Work out in the field in B2B style sales building your own book of business.
- Provide guidance, support, and coaching to team members to enhance their sales skills.
- Handle escalated customer inquiries and ensure excellent customer service.
- Analyze sales data and metrics to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
- Participate in sales meetings, contribute innovative ideas, and motivate team members.
- Experience using sales-related software (CRM) is beneficial.
- Willingness to learn about the insurance industry and obtain an insurance license, including knowledge of state and federal regulations.
- Basic computer skills.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to carefully analyze complex ideas like insurance programs; customer service experience is beneficial.
- Candidates must have or be willing to obtain an insurance license.
- Already licensed in Health & Life general lines or willing and able to obtain a Health & Life producer license (licensing reimbursement offered).
- Bachelor's degree or at least 4 years of professional work experience after high school; candidates within 6 months of degree completion or with less than 4 years of experience who have relevant outside sales experience will be considered.
- Exceptional supplemental insurance product to market featuring Return of Premium.
