Security Officer - Part-Time Gate Attendant

Allied Universal - Up to $18.75/hour -  - Responsibilities:
Provide customer service to clients and visitors by following Allied Universal security-related procedures, site-specific policies, and/or emergency response activities at a logistics and distribution location.;
Control access at entry and exit points by verifying identification, checking credentials, managing visitor logs, and directing drivers, employees, and vendors to the appropriate areas.;
Screen incoming and outgoing vehicle and pedestrian traffic as required, including coordinating with site personnel on shipping and receiving schedules and reporting access issues.;
Respond to incidents and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, including documenting events and promptly notifying site leadership and/or Allied Universal supervision.;
Conduct regular and random patrols of the facility, yard, and perimeter to help to deter unauthorized activity and identify conditions that may require follow up.
