SERVICE TECHNICIAN (ASE CERTIFIED)

Full-Time | Monday– Saturday
Compensation: $35–$38 per hour, based on experience and certifications
We’re looking for an experienced, ASE Certified Service Technician to join our Olathe service team. This role focuses on accurate diagnostics, quality repairs, and strong communication with the service team to keep work moving efficiently. Perform work outlined on repair orders efficiently and in accordance with dealership standards
Diagnose, maintain, and repair automotive systems including engine, transmission, electrical, steering, suspension, brakes, and air conditioning
Test-drive vehicles and use diagnostic tools and special service equipment to identify issues accurately
Communicate clearly with Service Advisors regarding repair needs, timelines, and additional recommendations
Complete warranty repairs according to manufacturer specifications
We’re looking for a skilled technician with strong diagnostic and mechanical abilities who takes pride in doing the job right. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, dependable, and brings a positive, team-focused attitude to a fast-paced service environment. A willingness to continue learning new technology and repair procedures is important for long-term success in this role.
RequirementsASE Certification required
Minimum of 2 years of Service Technician experience preferred
B-level qualifications including diagnostics, electrical, and engine repair
High school diploma or equivalent
Valid driver’s license with a clean or acceptable driving record
Ability to pass a standard background check
Strong reliability and consistent attendance
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment
Basic computer skills and willingness to learn new systems
