Overhead Door Company of Kansas City, a DH Pace Company, Inc hiring Commercial Door Technicians & Installers for the service and/or installation of Automatic Entry Doors, Manual Entry Doors or Commercial Doors. You must be able to troubleshoot, work without supervision and have great attention to detail. Valid driver’s license required with a good driving record. We are hiring both experienced technicians and installers or entry‑level and trainees;
no trade experience required. If you have any experience in construction, as a general laborer, welder, service technician, installer, carpenter, mechanic, assembly worker or any skilled trade, you may find this opportunity to be a great fit for your career. We are willing to train.
- Install / service commercial entry doors and door hardware or install / service of commercial doors (sectional, rolling steel, high speed, etc.)
- Repair, adjust, replace, and troubleshoot issues with entry doors and associated hardware or commercial doors (sectional, rolling steel, high speed, etc.)
- Operate in a safety‑conscious manner at all times
- Other duties as assigned
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Able to safely lift 75 pounds over your head
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and have a good driving record
