• Responsible for and involved in the delivery of scheduled inspections and ‘one off’ project inspections
• Assessing and understanding building maintenance records including compartmentation drawings, O&Ms, FRAs
• Perform remedial works, including repairs, replacements, and installations of fire dampers.
• Submitting building checklists on completion of project per building.
• Attending operational Pre-starts and other meetings as required
• Supporting the operations teams in understanding remedial requirements and building complexities

• Previous experience working with fire dampers or HVAC systems
• A strong understanding of Fire safety regulations, BS9999, HTM
  05-02, BESA and relevant qualifications in fire damper testing, cleaning, inspecting and installation
• NAADUK Fire & Smoke Damper Training (or equivalent)
• NVQ Level 2/3 (or higher) in Fire Dampers/Ventilation
• Full UK Driving Licence (Regular travel across the UK is required)
• ASFP Level 3 or equivalent Passive Fire Qualification
• CSCS card Skilled Worker
