Icon Structures is seeking a Skilled Trades Technician to support our commercial construction projects. This role involves hands‑on work across various trades, ensuring quality craftsmanship and efficient project execution.

Job Responsibilities
  • Assist carpenters, superintendents, and other trades as needed
  • Perform site cleanup and debris removal
  • Load and unload materials and equipment
  • Operate basic hand and power tools
  • Support demolition and prep work
  • Maintain safety standards and follow company procedures
  • Perform general labor tasks as assigned
Skills & Experience
  • Basic knowledge of construction tools and safety practices
  • Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team
  • Good communication and problem‑solving skills
Job Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Previous construction or labor experience a plus
  • Ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in various weather conditions
  • Reliable transportation to job sites
  • Willingness to learn and take direction
  • Strong work ethic and punctuality
  • Medical/Vision & Dental: eligible first of the month after 60 days of employment.
