You roll up to the job site with a plan and a purpose—transforming kitchens, baths, and built‑ins into polished, functional spaces. With blueprints in one hand and your go‑to tools in the other, you lay out the install, set your levels, and bring precision to every cabinet and counter top you touch. You communicate clearly with the client, coordinate with your team, and leave every space cleaner than you found it.

We’re growing in Olathe, KS and seeking an experienced professional with 2+ years in carpentry or cabinet installs. If quality, pace, and pride in craftsmanship drive you, we want to meet you.

• Install cabinets and countertops with exacting accuracy and finish quality
• Interpret blueprints, diagrams, and work orders to complete installs correctly the first time
• Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently for assembly and installation
• Keep job sites organized, safe, and spotless during and after work
• Communicate professionally with clients and teammates for a smooth experience
• Troubleshoot on‑site challenges and resolve installation issues
• Maintain tools and equipment; follow company safety procedures at all times

• At least 2 years of experience in carpentry or dedicated cabinet installation
• Ability to read and follow blueprints and work orders
• Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and standard carpentry equipment
• Strong attention to detail and a commitment to top‑tier workmanship
• Excellent problem‑solving ability and clear communication skills
• Positive, team‑first approach
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
