DH Pace Company, Inc. is looking for a Woodshop Production Associate/Wood Fabricator in Olathe, KS warehouse. Candidates with construction labor, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, or mechanic experience will typically do well in the role. A valid driver’s license is required.

• Assisting in project setup and executing work plans
• Using layout plans and verifying the accuracy of drawings and measurements
• Effectively communicating any issues that impact the project
• Performing carpentry and woodworking duties with care and detail
• Willingness to learn the usage of power tools such as table saw, router, and staplers
• Operating safely in the work environment
• Participating with cycle counts and inventory
• Other responsibilities as assigned

• Preferred high‑school diploma or equivalent
• Preferred forklift experience
• General math and problem‑solving skills
• Ability to work well under pressure to meet project deadlines
• Must have a keen eye for detail and the ability to adjust as needed to meet requirements
• Potential background in construction labor, electrical work, fabrication, carpentry, installing and servicing products, and mechanic experiences
