Security Systems Integration Technician

DH Pace Company, Inc. is seeking an experienced Systems Integration Technician in our Olathe, KS location. This role covers installation and maintenance of commercial electronic security systems, including access control, CCTV/video monitoring, intrusion alarm systems,  systems, intercoms/emergency phones, and parking control/turnstiles from start to finish. You will interact with customers, vendors, and other service providers to troubleshoot issues and discuss field trends.

• Install Access Control, CCTV, Intrusion Detection, Intercom, Emergency Phone, and Parking Revenue Systems.
• Coordinate with customers, vendors, and contractors on-site to ensure successful installations.
• Travel to job sites as directed, assess installation or service/repair needs, and complete repairs to customer satisfaction.
• Identify and pursue opportunities for service, sales, and preventative maintenance contracts; build product knowledge.
• Maintain a safe work environment and leave the job site clean and organized after each day.
• Complete job tickets and timesheets promptly to ensure accurate processing and payroll cutoffs.
• Handle COD collections when applicable and communicate scope changes to management as needed.
• Maintain truck inventory and be knowledgeable about parts, part numbers, and descriptions.
• Perform other duties as assigned by the Manager.

• 2–4 years of experience as a systems integration technician; strong programming knowledge preferred.
• High School Diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and electro/mechanical aptitude.
• Understanding of relay logic and basic networking skills.
