Responsibilities

* Complete resident work orders efficiently and professionally

* Perform general maintenance tasks, including:

* Basic plumbing repairs

* Electrical troubleshooting

* Appliance diagnostics and repair

* Carpentry, drywall, and general upkeep

* Assist with unit turns and make-ready preparation

* Maintain community grounds, common areas, and amenities

* Respond to resident service requests with a friendly, professional attitude

* Ensure all work is completed safely and meets company quality standards

Requirements

* Previous apartment maintenance experience preferred

* Strong knowledge of general maintenance functions

* Ability to troubleshoot and complete repairs independently

* Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented

* Strong communication and customer service skills
